What to do

Both the board review and your own social post are required to be judged.

  • 4 weekly logs

    On the board, tagged #challenge W1–W4: one letter you learned, a screenshot of the app’s Review tab, one line.

  • 3+ episodes

    Three of YouTube Lessons 1–5. Write the lesson numbers and one scene you remember in your weekly log.

  • Final review — board

    300+ characters or a 60-second video. Any language.

  • Final review — your channel

    A public post on your blog, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook, tagged #HangeulCubs, with the link added to your board review.

  • Tax & shipping

    AP Edu pays the Korean prize tax and shipping. Name, address and phone for delivery are collected from the winner only.

Official rules
  1. Organiser: AP Edu (A.P Holdings, Republic of Korea). Meta, Ray-Ban, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok are not sponsors of this event and bear no responsibility for it.
  2. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary. Buying Batchim Master has no effect on judging.
  3. Enter in your own name if you are 14 or older. For a child under 14, a parent or guardian applies and takes part in their own name.
  4. Not open where prohibited by law, or to residents of Brazil, Italy or Quebec (local pre-registration requirements).
  5. Judging is done by AP Edu on the criteria above; ties go to the earlier weekly logs. One winner is chosen regardless of the number of entrants.
  6. App Store ratings and reviews are optional and never a condition. Neither are likes or subscriptions.
  7. Your review stays yours. We may quote or share it to present the event and the channel (consent given on applying).
  8. Personal data (name, email, country, age band, device) is used only to run the event and deleted afterwards. Delivery details are collected from the winner only.
  9. Fake logs, copied posts or multiple accounts are disqualified. The prize may be replaced with one of equal value where necessary. AP Edu’s reading of these rules is final.
  10. Korean prize tax (22% miscellaneous-income withholding) is paid by AP Edu. If your country has its own tax or import steps, we will guide you through them.
